  1. My daughter Addie is only 10 and has fought hard to remain healthy since she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 10 months old. She will be happy, excited, and encouraged to receive something special, just for her. Thank you all for what you do!

    1. Hi Dara,

Thanks for being so open about your daughter’s diagnosis, and thank you that means a lot. A big positive about her diagnosis all those years ago is that she doesn’t know any other way of life. And correct me if I’m wrong, but her T1D is second nature to her. I wish you and your daughter all the very best, and tell her I said that she’s a trooper!

  2. Hey there Peter,
I’m just turning 64 and have had T1D since I was 9 years old. That’s a total of 56 years this April.
Trust me when I say ‘I know what you’re talking about!’ when it comes to diabetes exhaustion!
I’m interested in taking a kinder, gentler approach to taking care of myself.
Thank you so much – I look forward to going through your info and learning to manage this better!
    Sincerely,
    Sheryl Campbell
